Hey there, I'm Zakiya. I am a woman in my mid-40s, a wife, mother, sister, friend, Physician Assistant, Plant-based foodie, Certified Health Coach and I am on a mission to help women thrive after 40!

My Mission

Educate women over 40 about their changing bodies and how to prevent chronic disease. Equip women with tools and habits that work to support their changing bodies and minds. Empower women to own their health so that they can live joyful and fulfilling lives after 40.

I specialize in working with women over 40 who struggle with weight gain, increased stress, irritability, hormonal dysregulation, anxiety, disrupted sleep and fatigue to make lifestyle shifts that improve vitality, renew energy, restore peace of mind and grow confidence in their bodies so they can joyfully embrace the new women they are becoming.
