Hey there, I'm Zakiya. I am a woman in my mid-40s wife, a mother, sister, friend, Physician Assistant, Plant-based foodie, Certified Health Coach and I am on a mission to help women learn about And thrive through perimenopause.

To help women understand and embrace the vast array of mind, body, and hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause, so they are equipped and empowered to create a lifestyle that supports their mental, physical, and emotional health.


My Work

I specialize in working with busy moms and women of color over 40 who struggle with perimenopausal symptoms like weight gain, increased stress, irritability, disrupted sleep and fatigue to make lifestyle shifts that improve vitality, renew energy, restore peace of mind and grow confidence in their bodies so they can joyfully embrace the new women they are becoming.
