A comprehensive program designed specifically for busy women in their 40s navigating the complexities of perimenopause.  You will get expert advice to help you understand the hormonal changes your body is experiencing, making it easier to manage and embrace this phase of life. This program offers tailored strategies for effective weight loss, stress reduction, improved sleep, and renewed energy levels, all while encouraging a more active lifestyle. By addressing these concerns with evidence-based methods, we empower you to feel more in control, revitalized, and confident as you transition through perimenopause.


 

This comprehensive 4 month program is designed specifically for busy women in their 40s navigating the complexities of perimenopause. Utilizing evidence-based strategies, we will build your toolbox and develop habits that transform your mind, body, and soul so that you can become the healthy and powerful woman you desire to be. Initially, we will spend 2 weeks helping you craft a clear vision of the woman you are becoming and create measurable goals to support your transformation. 

The next 6 weeks will see us address twin enemies of perimenopause bliss, stress and poor sleep.  We will dive into why regulating stress and sleep are paramount in navigating perimenopause and critical in helping you experience the weight loss you desire. We will grow habits that support your mental health so that you can manage stress, say no when necessary, and support your body’s healing and repair through restorative sleep.

After you are sleeping better and less stressed, we will be ready to tackle nutrition and exercise. We will discuss changes to your microbiome, your ability to build and maintain muscle, and bone loss due to hormonal changes. We will teach you to combat these changes with purposeful eating and movement so that you can love your body in your 40s and beyond. 

Lastly, in the 6th and final step we will reflect, celebrate, discuss any setbacks and solidify a sustainable plan for the future so that you feel equipped and empowered to continue to thrive through lasting transformation.
